The
SYMCAD™ ST system gathers in a single product the
most innovative technologies to undertake measurement surveys
for clothing purpose as well as for ergonomics. SYMCAD™ ST
may also be equipped with peripherals for the 3D digitization
of the hand, foot or head. 
Data coming from
all these devices are merged into a unique database.
Each measuring scenario corresponds to a standardized subject's
posture predefined in the software or to the digitization of a
body part (hand, foot, head).
SYMCAD™ ST automatically detects and identifies the anatomical
(active or passive) landmarks and calculates the appropriate body
measures.
- Morphological measures: according to the ISO-7250 and ISO-8559
standards (circumferences, heights, lengths, …) or specific
ones.
